SNACKS PARA LLEVAR: YOGUR GRIEGO CON NARANJA SANGUINA Y CRUJIENTE DE FRUTOS SECOS

As you already know if you follow me on social media, I’m working too hard right now and I don’t really have time for anything. When I’m working, cooking, shooting or editing I almost forgot I need to feed myself, specially since I’m surrounded by food constantly.

Te solution for me has been carrying along boxes, pre-packed lunches or snacks in a jar so I eat enought food and in a healthy way. This recipe here is based on an amazing one by Deliciously Ella.

(English) SNACKS FOR ON THE GO: GREEK YOGURT WITH BLOOD ORANGE AND NUTS

  • Prep Time: 5m
  • Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 2 Greek Yogurts
  • 1 blood orange
  • Zest of 1 blood orange
  • Juice of 1 blood orange
  • 20 grams nut mix

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice one orange. Place the slices in the sides of a jar (as shown in the photos).
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt with the zest of half and orange juice.
  3. Put the yogurt into the jar.
  4. Chop some nuts and mix them with the zest of the half orange you have left and spread it on top of the yogurt.
  5. Close the jar and ready to go!
