Crema Fría de Guisantes

Crema de guisantes picante

Peas has always been my favourite legume. I don’t really enjoy eating legumes and I can tell you I try to avoid chickpeas (if not in hummus), beans and lentils especially since I discovered my food allergy because I used to love chickpeas with homemade tomato sauce.

I cook peas in a lot of different ways so I don’t get bored and, even though, my favourite one is Green Shakshuka, this cold soup is becoming quite popular in my weekly menu as it’s summer and it’s hot and this soup is just so fresh!

Obviously, I don’t put cayenne flakes on mine, but you should definitely try it because it has a slightly spicy touch that’s so delicious!
