Ensalada de Naranja y Mango con Pez Mantequilla

Here’s a new nutricional recipe! Today’s about butterfish and orange and it’s a perfect recipe for summer dinners as it’s low caloria and rich in proteins and minerals such as sodium, patasim, iron… and vitamins A, D, B1, B2 and Hoy os traemos esta deliciosa ensalada de naranja con pez mantequilla. Por su versatilidad, es ideal para comer o cenar en verano, aporta muy pocas calorías y muchas proteínas y minerales como sodio, potasio, hierro, fósforo… y vitaminas A,D,B1,B2 y Nicotinamide.

The ingredients for this recipe are these:

Orange: full with vitamins and minerals, orange has a lot of benefits for your organism as it’s purifying and antioxidant. It’s also good for peope who suffer from high blood preasure.

Butterfish: it’s  a very common fish in Japanes cuisine and it’s very common to find it raw in the recipes and dishes similar to sushi. The flavour is soft and you can also cook it sligtly to get something similar to a tataki.

It’s rich in vitamin B3, A and B9 and it also has potasium, sodium and phosphorus.

Mango: Very good for cancer patients and it0s good for the sight because of its hight content of vitamin A. The potasium in it it’s helps to control high blood preassure.

Capers: they help to control uric acid and boost your appetite. They are helpful with digestuion and very good for the sight and blood.

Cucumber: It’s very rich in fibre and vitamins A, B, C and E and it has a hight content of potasium, iron, calcium and phosphorus. It helps blood flow and it’s great to detox your organism.

(English) Orange, Mango & Butterfish Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 50 grams butterfish
  • 20 grams cucumber
  • 40 grams mango
  • 1 tsp. capers
  • Fresh coriander
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Slice the orange and place it into a dish.
  2. Add the cucumber (also sliced).
  3. Cook slightly the butterfish and add it to the salad.
  4. Cut te mango in dices and add it.
  5. End up with the capers, coriander leaves, salt and a dash of olive oil.
