Mac & Cheese are the highlight of the cheese fatness, I won’t deny it, but I love it so much! For anyone who loves cheese, every dish with cheese in it is good and if it has it also on the name, you won’t resist it.
I love living fully so I use these bags of grated cheese that has 2, 3, 4 or even 5 different kind of cheeses in it. When talking about cheese, my motto is: more is better, always.
I also add some Parmesan as it gives the macaroni a really nice flavour and not to strong (I promise).
You will also see in the recipe that I use grated French bread. That one should be from last day (o more) so it’s stiff enough to be grated. And try not to buy it already grated, as the texture won’t be the same.
Of course, you can put your mac & cheese on the oven so the bread and the cheese can create an incredible crunchy top. But make sure you use an ovenproof oven tray.
