Peal the pears and leave the steam on so they look prettier (there\'s no other reason for that)
Then, put the pears into a saucepan and cover them with water. Add the cinnamon stick and te anise and bring it to a boil. Low donw the heat, cover the saucepan and cook for one hour / one hour and a half; the time will depend on the kind of pear. You can check the pears using a kitchen stick.
Once they\'re poached, let them cool and make the chocolate in the meantime.
Melt the chocolate with the cream and the milk and stir until mixed and melted. Pour the chocolate over the cool pears and serve inmediately.
