(English) YOGURT WITH GRILLED GRAPES AND ALMONDS BREAKFAST

Ingredients

  • 2 plain low fat yogurts
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tbsps. Water
  • A handful of grapes
  • 7 -8 almonds
  • 2 tsps. Rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Shake the yogurts before open them so you get a creamier texture.
  2. Put them into a bowl and reserve.
  3. Put a dash of olive oil into a pan and putt he grapes with the water inside. Cover it and let the grapes release the water.
  4. Place the grapes on top of the yogurt and top it with almonds and rolled oats.
