- 2 plain low fat yogurts
- Olive oil
- 2 tbsps. Water
- A handful of grapes
- 7 -8 almonds
- 2 tsps. Rolled oats
- Shake the yogurts before open them so you get a creamier texture.
- Put them into a bowl and reserve.
- Put a dash of olive oil into a pan and putt he grapes with the water inside. Cover it and let the grapes release the water.
- Place the grapes on top of the yogurt and top it with almonds and rolled oats.
